Jonathan Dress is a 5th Degree Black Belt, Assistant National Instructor with over 17 years of martial arts training. He is the owner of the West Roxbury and the Swampscott school locations. Jon holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree (finance concentration) from Bryant University, N. Smithfield, RI.

Bob Lee is a 3rd Degree Black Belt, Head Instructor, with over 15 years of martial arts training. He is the Main Instructor and co-owner of the Stoneham school location. He has helped co-found and operate two Boston area sports-based non-profit organizations. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
